With 25+ years in hospitality and 16 years in L&D, I know great service isn’t enough. True hospitality is what sets us apart. That’s why I work with hospitality brands to transform guest experiences from ‘good’ to ‘exceptional’ through interactive, high-energy training.
Alongside this, I’m a triple-accredited coach (ICF, AC, EMCC), helping individuals and leaders develop self-awareness, confidence, and impact through a unique head/heart/gut approach.
